well i can be a little bit of help - its not the ram or op system as i have a machine running it well with 1gb on xp and i also have one with 3gb on vista - no problems with either. my graphics is nvidia so the problem may lie in your graphics card or its drivers...

i also have a problem. every time a get a character past level 5 and quit the entire program, it completely resets the level and credits. i talked to a support person and they said that they haven't heard it happening to anyone else. i asked in game and people said i just needed to log out to save my level. i did this and it still resets. it only happens when the character is past level 5. any ideas?
edit: this only happens on my account, my dad has one and doesnt reset.

Its in beta right now, you unfortunatley got a glitched account or something in that say. I would say to just not log out after your level 5, lol jk. Other than that all you can do is talk to staff/gms.

My installation has been hanging out at the file:
audio02.glm
I don't understand it. My comp hangs up when I try to cancel the install as well. All I can do is close the install via Windows Manager.
This happened to me before when I installed Sins of a Solar Empire. Every successive retry it hung up on a different file. Files that were previously hung up on were installed with no issue in less then a second on subsequent tries. After 6 tries or so, Sins installed.
No such luck luck with Tabula Rasa. Any suggestions?
My machine:
Intel 780i mobo
Q9550
nVidia 9800GX2
4 Gigs OCZ RAM
Vista 32-bit
